TERMS
It is understood that all terms have been read, understood and agreed to. A link to this web-page is on your invoice and it is understood that they have been viewed and agreed to prior to your listing media shoot date and or prior to you receiving your listing media.

PICTURE DOWNLOAD
1. Please ensure to download pictures as soon as possible as they are purged on a daily basis.  It will be the responsibility of the Realtor to download and save all pictures.  Once we have removed the media to create space we will not be responsible to deliver the pictures at a future date if requested.  A new fee (full rate will apply if a re-shoot is required.

2. Matterport For Sale models are active for up to 3 months from the scan date or once the property has been sold, whichever comes first.  If the Realtor decides to place a pause of the listing for any reason, the date to expire on the model will not change. Additional months may be purchased at the rate of $20 per month for up to 2 months. After that a full fee will be charged and 3 months will be added.

2A. FOR LEASE PACK: For Lease models are active for up to 2 months, 1 month can be purchased additionally for $30.  After the 1 addional month has been purchased no additional month may be purchased and a full scan fee will be charged if the model is required to stay active on the same terms as the initial. Additionally once the space has been leased you may request us to archive the space to be reactivated at a later date to lease the property again without a re-scan of the space. The cost to archive and reactivate a space is $100, this fee includes 3 months of hosting.  Pictures are to be kept / stored by the agent to use at a later date and hamiltonprintco.ca/Realtor Media Hub is not responsible to store them. If new pictures are require the full fee will apply.

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR RE-SHOOT
3. Please ensure property is picture ready on media day/time.  We will not be responsible to clean, move furniture etc.A fee of $45 will apply for the first 15 minutes past the start time booked.  If the property is not ready for pictures within the 15 minutes we may cancel the shoot and not charge the extra $45, the full fee non refundable and will be considered a cancellation at the door. A re-shoot would have to re-scheduled at full price.

4. Photography- special angles or features MUST be disclosed to the photographer on the day of pictures at the property.   A fee for a re visit will apply (full price).

5. Listing videos are up to 2 minutes final cut. Every attempt will be made to keep lighting balanced but due to lighting on-site lighting in the video may vary.
VIDEO ESTHETICS- music selection / editing style will be left to the discretion of the producer, additional edits are billed at $120/hr.

6. Additional fees for parking off site will be billed and a copy of the receipt provided.

7. Picture editing is based on basic edits, sky replacement, virtual staging, item removal etc subject to additional fees.

8. Copy Rights- all media delivered are to be used solely by the Realtor listed on the invoice. Sharing files to other agents are prohibited and subject to fees.

9. Drone- where a drone service has been purchased, we will have complete discretion whether it is safe to fly the drone in the sky.  If for any reason we cannot preform the drone service due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to either refund a partial payment or no refund depending on the circumstances.

10. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking & 100% if Cancelled at the door on arrival.
